THE MINUTES OF THE ALLAMAKEE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2009

Board met as preadjourned. All board members present. All Board members voting "AYE" unless noted.

09.348-Motion by Campbell and second by Burke to approve agenda and minutes of November 23, 2009. Motion carried.

Staff and Board members of the Waukon, Lansing, Postville and New Albin Libraries updated the board on patronage and budgets.

Ruth Hamm, Florence Jones and Joan Shurtleff inquired regarding Sixteen Cemetery. Lennie Burke requested that the Auditor’s Office research to see if it is a Township or County Cemetery.

09.349-Motion by Campbell and second by Kuhse to sign the Resolution for 457b –Deferred Compensation Plan. Motion carried.

09.350-Motion by Kuhse and second by Campbell to approve form A as presented with the change of surveyor "phone" to "fax". Motion carried.

09.351-Motion by Kuhse and second by Campbell to accept Chris Dahlstrom as Safety Coordinator with Dave Mooney as Assistant Safety Coordinator. Motion carried.

Brian Ridenour presented a preliminary 5 year road plan.
