·          Harlan and Beverly Schmadeke, Request of a variance from the terms of the ordinance to reduce the Right of Way width requirement for access for a lot created under a subdivision of property.

·          Craig and Paula Holschlag, Appeal of Zoning Administrator Decision-seek a reversal of the Administrator’s interpretation that Holschlag structure is not a “mobile home” within the definition of Section 115.4(84) and/or Request of a Variance from the terms of the ordinance to allow a structure be built/placed, replacing a Mobile Home in a Commercial Campground/Mobile Home Park.
